Bio

Milca graduated from the University of Santa Cruz in 2019 with a major in Politics and a concentration in comparative politics. Since then, she has worked as a personal injury paralegal where she is able to apply her academic background to support clients effectively. Prior to this role, she volunteered at Canal Alliance, a nonprofit immigration legal service center, which deepened her commitment to community service. She also enjoys volunteering as a poll worker during elections, contributing to civic engagement.

As a native Spanish speaker, Milca value’s the opportunity to connect with diverse communities. In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog and getting lost in a good romance novel. Her hobbies include running, fishing with her dad, and taking dance classes.
